Due to the increasing demand for our cardio tennis programme, we have now extended it to 4 times per week:
Mondays 14:30-16:00 (Level B players)
Tuesdays and Thursdays 09:00-11:00 (Level A players)
Fridays 09:30-11:30 (Level C players)
Participation by pre-registration only - (contact the clubhouse or the coach directly.)
Cardio tennis is an active and dynamic way to improve your tennis game. Lots of movement, hitting loads of balls, and practicing specific strokes and tennis-game-scenarios. All the while having fun and socialising with great music!
