Our Sports Fitness Classes
What is SPORTS FITNESS? In addition to the general fitness offered, we tailer-make our classes according to WHAT TYPE OF SPORTS you do. For example, a tennis player needs strong legs, a good core for rotation and strong joints (the rotators). A golfer strong shoulders and lower back muscles etc. etc. Different sports need different levels of cardio capacity. So, if you look at different sports people, you will realise that a footballer looks different from a rugby player, who looks different from a tennis player, who again has a different build than a swimmer etc.
